With a worldwide pandemic, it’s hard not to feel like we are constantly under threat of illness. Understanding how to strengthen our immune systems is an important first step to improving our health and ability to fight disease. All of the nutrients our bodies require are available and provided by Mother Nature. In this session, we will hack into our immune systems and explore the different herbs and foods that can have an amazing impact on boosting your immune system and overall health.
Join us as Master Herbalist, Eva talks us through her favorite immune boosting herbs and shares ways to support our immune systems while demonstrating recipes for infused honey, turmeric paste and dried tea blends that you can add to your apothecary. Meanwhile, Chef Lachelle will decode the components of our immune systems as she prepares and shares healing plant-based recipes including a curry, herbed brown rice and garlic bread.
